Two versions of the Piaggio 1 are available. The base model has a top speed of 28 mph and a range of 34 miles in ECO mode and 27 miles in Sport mode. The Piaggio 1 Active is another option, with a top speed of 37 mph and a range of 52 miles in ECO mode and 41 miles in Sport mode.
The scooter is propelled by a Piaggio-developed electric hub motor. It is built into the rear wheel hub which makes the vehicle leaner and more compact. The electric motor in the 1 produces a continuous power of 1.2 kW, whereas the power in the 1 Active version is 2 kW. All Piaggio 1 models have outstanding autonomy thanks to their lightness, sophisticated lithium-ion battery, and energy recovery during slowing.
In every manner, the Piaggio 1 is user-friendly. Starting with the keyless ignition, which means it doesn't require a standard key and can be started with the convenient remote control. To begin, simply press the MAP button on the right side of the handlebar and choose between ECO and Sport as your driving mode. The ECO mode, which is designed to save energy, has a longer range, a speed limit of 19 mph, and more gradual acceleration. Sport, on the other hand, is the mode in which all of the engine power is put to use for a more exhilarating ride.
The recharging of a Piaggio 1 is quick and straightforward. The battery is easily removable and transportable in all models, allowing for charging at home or at work. Version 1 has a 1.4 kWh battery with a weight of 10 kg, whereas Version 1 Active has a 2.3 kWh battery with a weight of 15 kg. The batteries do not require any maintenance or additional procedures, and they can be recharged using the vehicle's charger.
